awesome game!! i noticed after winning i could play as pigeons with their names already selected, and i was wondering if anything happens if you beat the game with all of them? probably not but i was curious so i decided to ask :P
I liked the fast-paced combat but it needs more strategy. Especially in the preparation phase. I’d suggest you to make the stats and items more meaningful.
In combat, it felt like nothing but Strength really matters. It seems like the “food” status doesn’t make any impact on the battle.
The art is very good tho, you could make the attack animation to improve the combat visuals as well as a hurt sprite or animation to provide a better visual feedback when you get hurt. Just numbers don’t tell who hurt who when they simunteneously attack.
Hey Pigdev, thanks for the feedback! We were in a big hurry while developing (game scope issues, as always hahaha), so it's very helpful to get some more feedback on what we could do better. We still are thinking about releasing some updates for this game in the future, so thanks again for commenting.

I am happy you enjoyed it! I had a lot of fun playing pigeon ascent, and I am excited to play it again after the update.
you should add a mode where you can continue as pigeon god and maybe some more story

This game is fantastic! But it's way too short! You should turn it into a full fledged game!

Pretty cool game but very easy. I just put everything in Attack and selected the opponent with the least Strength and won every time.
