Hey, thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it!

I think maybe we should've polished this game more after the jam... oh well, maybe one day, who knows. Also, feel free to tweet us or send an e-mail (there's an address on our itch profile)!

Wow, that was really fun and surprisingly addictive. Beautiful art, audio, and very fun gameplay. But there were a few things I think you can do to improve.

Enemy variety would vastly increase the replayability of this game. That and attack variety/items. More stuff to spice it up.

Challenge wise this game was not particularly hard. I think making it a bit harder would really make it more fun. I got to 31,600 (see pic) and gave up because I got bored. I think there's also a bit of a prevailing strategy that makes the game really easy: hugging the bottom of the screen. Since enemies don't spawn there, the player can just sit there and wait for the right spells while dodging enemies and racking up a huge score.

Overall though this game is a really fun and addictive arcade puzzle/strategy game. Great job!

Yo’, Templar here, very fun to play, actually kinda addicting, the simplistic graphics plus the colorful effects of the spells make for a very good combination

Fun game and really fun concept. It might be more fun to make a system similar to crypt of the necrodancer's turn timer to make it more fast-paced. If you did that, the delay counter would need to be more visible.

This game was super fun. Difficult to master but incredibly fun to play. If you work on this again some other spells would be interesting maybe a spell that spreads out over multiple turns and one that travels in arcs. Just some ideas.

Thanks for playing Bakerp, happy to see that you liked it! It's really great to see positive feedback, and even better to see people saying your game is fun, you know?

We are still having ideas about this game, so an update is quite probable. Really liked your ideas as well. The spell that spreads over multiple turns actually almost made it in, it was going to be a wavy kind of spell, or something like that. The arc one is very interesting, I did not think about it! I will definitely consider adding both in the future.

Once again, thanks for playing and for the feedback, it really helps us grow as game developers :)

No worries, I hope to see improvements in the future. I have no idea how to code or how to make games but I feel like if I can help others better themselves than my experiences playing just get that much better. :D
